Mohamad Kamaredine

Mr. Kamaredine has a proven executive management track record and more than seventeen years driving growth in the technology industry. Across fifteen of those years in healthcare, he helped large healthcare organizations become HIPAA compliant, establish policies and procedures, and build the data-security infrastructure that protects patient information.

That work in healthcare data became significant enough to build a company around — which is why he founded Virtu Medical. He holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management and is completing an MBA specializing in Data Science.

Dr. Justin Sterett

Dr. Sterett is a physician leader with over seventeen years advancing healthcare in complex, high-stakes environments. A graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine, he trained in Internal Medicine and completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine. He has led medical operations in diverse and resource-limited settings, focused on performance optimization, system design, and the use of technology to improve outcomes.

Over nearly a decade in federal correctional medicine he provided care across nearly every security level and helped modernize healthcare delivery in carceral systems through innovation and data-driven practice. As President-Elect of the American College of Correctional Physicians, he brings a commitment to evidence-based care, ethical leadership, and innovation — the same values behind Virtu's mission to make care connected, continuous, and dignified in the places health systems reach last.

Vlad Friedman

Vlad is a seasoned IT veteran with more than twenty-five years of mission-critical infrastructure experience. He joined the DataBank leadership team as Chief Technology Officer in 2017 through the acquisition of Edge Hosting, and in that role guides the development, implementation, and management of the company's overall technology strategy.

Before DataBank he founded Edge Hosting, a compliance-driven IaaS and PaaS managed cloud hosting provider — launched in 1998 as a spin-off from his first IT venture, ACS, which he started while still a student at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Mourad Mourad

Mourad is a software engineer with more than seventeen years building software applications. He graduated from Florida International University with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering.

After four years as a software engineer at Beckman Coulter and eleven at Microsoft, he joined Virtu Medical to lead the software development team. He brings deep experience across the Microsoft stack — SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET Core — and the full development lifecycle from design through coding and testing to release and maintenance.

Jessica Roquemore

Jessica's career sits precisely where Virtu's does. She spent twelve years as Chief Financial Officer of the International Corrections and Prisons Association — the global body for correctional professionals, and today one of Virtu's platinum-tier partners — where she ran membership, conferences, webinars, and the association's digital presence. She is also a Project Coordinator with Health through Walls, Virtu's implementing partner, supporting correctional health programs across more than fifteen countries.

That combination is rare. The two institutions that carry Virtu into the field are ones she has already worked inside for years, and the correctional community she is connected across is not an addressable market to her — it is a professional home. She serves as Director of the Conference for the Association of Correctional Investigative Leaders, has been affiliated with the Correctional Leaders Association for over twelve years, and is Executive Director of the American College of Correctional Physicians.

At Virtu she leads international partnerships: the ministry, association, and NGO relationships through which a national deployment actually begins.
